Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At Voyage Radar ("we," "our," or "us"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted for paid subscriptions and services purchased through our platform.
All payments for Voyage Radar subscriptions are processed securely by Paddle, our authorized payment processor. Refunds are subject to Paddle's refund guidelines as well as the terms described in this policy.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. If you are not satisfied with your plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within this window.
This 14-day period is the minimum refund guarantee provided in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer protection regulations.
- Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase will be honored automatically.
- Refund requests submitted after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- The 14-day window resets with each new subscription billing cycle.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must generally be met:
- Your refund request is submitted within the 14-day refund window from the date of purchase or renewal.
- Your account is in good standing and has not been suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- The subscription or feature for which you are requesting a refund was purchased directly through Voyage Radar via Paddle.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for fees or delays imposed by your bank or payment provider.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us using one of the methods below and include the following information:
- The email address associated with your Voyage Radar account.
- Your Paddle order or transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email).
- The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful).
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If your request is approved, Paddle will process the refund and you should expect to see it reflected in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request (unless an exception applies — see Section 7).
- Partial billing periods — if you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period but will not receive a prorated refund.
- Accounts terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
- One-time data exports, API calls, or any usage-based features that have already been consumed.
6. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancelling your subscription will prevent future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
If you cancel within the 14-day refund window, you are entitled to a full refund of the most recent charge upon request. After cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged again after the cancellation takes effect.
- Access to premium features will cease at the end of the paid period.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances arise. We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds outside of the standard 14-day window in situations such as:
- A verified technical issue caused by Voyage Radar that significantly prevented access to or use of the service.
- An unauthorized or fraudulent charge that was not made by you.
- A duplicate charge for the same subscription period.
Such requests are evaluated individually and are not guaranteed. Please provide as much detail as possible when contacting us about exceptional circumstances.
8. Payment Processor — Paddle
All billing and payment processing for Voyage Radar is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. This means that:
- Your payment and billing information is managed directly by Paddle.
- Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf.
- Your purchase confirmation and invoices are issued by Paddle.
Paddle's own refund and billing policies also apply to your purchase. In the event of any conflict between this policy and Paddle's policies, Paddle's policies will govern to the extent required by their merchant agreement. For more information, visit paddle.com.
9. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our paid services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
